ARTICLE 1-2 - BUYER
Buyer: Stated as the passenger name and surname in the reservation confirmation
Service Location: Stated with the pick-up and drop-off addresses in the reservation confirmation.
ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 4077 and the Regulation on the Implementation Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and fulfillment of the services ordered by the BUYER from the www.uratour.com internet store.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 - The BUYER accepts and declares that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery concerning the contracted service on the www.uratour.com internet store, and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2 - The product subject to the contract shall be performed on the specified date and time, in return for the payment related to the service.
4.3 - If the contracted service is to be rendered to a person/entity other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person/entity receiving the service does not accept it.
4.4 - The SELLER is responsible for fully executing the service under the conditions specified in the reservation confirmation, subsequent to the payment for the contracted service.
4.5 - It is mandatory that the service fee for the execution of the contracted service has been paid using the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If the service fee is not paid for any reason or is canceled in bank records, the SELLER is deemed relieved of the obligation to execute the service.
4.6 - If the SELLER is unable to execute the contracted service within the required period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or interruption of transport, the SELLER is obliged to notify the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may exercise one of the rights to cancel the reservation, to exchange the contracted service for an equivalent one (if available), and/or to postpone the execution period until the obstructing situation is resolved. If the BUYER cancels the reservation up to 48 hours before the service execution, the amount paid will be returned to them in a lump sum within 10 days, either in cash, by bank transfer, or by credit card refund.
4.7 - If the billing delivery address specified by the BUYER is a temporary or anonymous location (such as a post box, cargo office, post office), the SELLER shall request an address correction from the BUYER. If no address correction is made, the SELLER reserves the right to cancel the contract and refund the fee collected.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right of withdrawal up to 48 hours before the execution of the contracted service to them or to the person/entity at the address they indicated. To exercise the right of withdrawal, they must inform the SELLER in writing within this period. A support system has been designed to facilitate the BUYER's written notification. After the BUYER creates their reservation, an informative message is sent to their mobile phone via SMS and/or other communication channels. By clicking the link contained in this SMS/information message, the BUYER can quickly access the support system and easily make their notification. Upon receiving the notification, the SELLER informs the BUYER in writing of the process they must follow for the cancellation of the reservation. As explained in this notification, the BUYER completes the necessary procedures and notifies the SELLER via the support system that the process is complete. The SELLER checks daily whether the necessary information has been received. Following the receipt of the refund request document, the SELLER fully refunds the service fee to the BUYER within 10 business days. Bank transfer and credit card refund fees, as well as losses arising from exchange rate differences for reservations canceled due to the right of withdrawal, shall be borne by the BUYER.
ARTICLE 6 - SERVICES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
Unless the SELLER explicitly states otherwise in its announcements, advertisements, and website, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal for all services to be executed at any time up to 48 hours before the service execution date.
ARTICLE 7 - AUTHORIZED COURT
In the application of this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or the SELLER, are authorized. Should the reservation be realized, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
ARTICLE 8 - REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS
The BUYER conveys their requests and complaints to the SELLER by writing to the WhatsApp line or calling the direct contact number, and the SELLER responds to the BUYER during working hours and makes maximum effort to resolve the issue causing the complaint.
